- Only one company can be exhibited in a 10x10 space, with no exceptions.
- Exhibitor’s displays must stay contained in the space outlined by the A|W team.
- No flags, tents, or canopies are allowed.
Cancellation policy: Registered exhibitors can cancel their space and receive a full refund until two months (February 26) before the event. After that, there will be no refunds. Exhibitors cannot assign space to another company.
By submitting payment to be an A|W vendor, companies agree to follow all guidelines and restrictions outlined in the Exhibitor Production Book.
