WHERE WE SHIP
We ship worldwide, except to a small handful of countries.
For domestic U.S. orders, we offer the customer a choice between USPS and UPS. For all customers located outside the United States, we offer DHL shipping.
FORM OF PAYMENTS
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as payments via PayPal and ApplePay.
As part of our ongoing efforts to combat credit card fraud, we may require additional identification verification for large orders, international orders and/or when your shipping and billing addresses do not match.
ORDER PROCESS TIME
Orders placed before 12 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Thursday, will ship the following business day. Orders placed after 12 p.m. Pacific Time on Fridays, over the weekends, and/or during holidays are processed the following Monday or business day.
TARIFFS, TAXES and DUTIES
We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. This applies only to International and Canadian Orders.
AFTER ORDER IS PLACED
You will receive a confirmation of your purchase via email immediately after your order is placed. The confirmation number in the email will be needed when making returns.
When your order is ready to ship, you will receive a second notice to confirm shipping, along with a tracking number.
RETURN AND/OR REFUND PROCESS
Initiate a return and/or refund by emailing email@example.com. Please return items in new condition within 30 days of original shipment along with a copy of the order confirmation email received at time of purchase, as well as a photo of the packing slip that arrived in your package. Not including a copy of the order confirmation email may delay your refund.
Shipping and handling fees of original purchase are not eligible for refunds. Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns. Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase.

All content of our website including text, graphics, logos, button icons and photography is property of Luftgekühlt and is protected by United States and International Copyright Laws, except where as credited.
Your are free to return or exchange any product for any reason within 30 days, as long as it has not been damaged or washed. All original tags must also be attached. Once we receive the garment, we will issue a full refund, or issue an exchange. The buyer will not be refunded for the original cost of shipping, or return shipping. For exchanges, Luftgekühlt will cover the cost associated with reshipping, after the return has been received and processed.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS & DUTIES POLICY
Any customs and or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient, as we do not take responsiibility for these costs and do not offer compensation to cover any of these charges. We do not have control over these charges, and are not able to provide specific information on duty fees associated with shipping to particular countries.
